Manager Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Jaleel, and Senior Auditor, Ms.
Khadeeja Afsala Adam, successfully completed the second face-to-face
interaction and graduation of the SAI Young leader initiative implemented by
INTOSAI Development Initiative. The second interaction was held in Arusha,
Tanzania. The participants developed and have implemented change strategies in
AGO, with their appointed coaches. This programme included online education,
social learning, emotional intelligence assessments and reflections portfolios
which have enhanced the leadership capacities of the participants.
